Update schedule
- Monthly. NHS England publishes each month's data around six weeks later, on the second Thursday.
Level of detail
- NHS trust × specialty (treatment function)
What we show
- Waiting-list size (incomplete pathways, known clock starts — the official headline basis)
- % waiting 18 weeks or less (the NHS constitutional standard is 92%)
- Median and 92nd-percentile waiting time, interpolated from weekly bands exactly as NHS England does
- Patients waiting over 52, 65 and 78 weeks
Caveats
- Published per trust — two hospitals in the same trust show the same figures, always labelled 'Trust-wide'.
- Non-contracted activity (NONC) is excluded, matching NHS England's own provider workbooks. We verified our totals reproduce the official workbook exactly.
- Independent-sector providers are not currently included.
